Ok,
i've finally got 2 new pages up.. both are kinda 'how i did <topic>'..
k the first one is.. "How
I painted my server case", and the otherone is "How
I cooled my workstation" and ya, i did both of these pages
at the request of my viewers.. anyway, if it doesn't interest you,

MP3 Mobile" hehe. some guy built a Car Mp3 player
for his Mazda Miata, it looks pretty sweet. check out this shizz...
The whole idea got rolling when I decided I wanted to
upgrade my car stereo in my Mazda MX5 (Miata to Americans, Eunos
Roadster for Japanese!). Up until MP3mobile, I'd been using a Sony
TCD-D3 DAT walkman on a car-mount arm as the primary audio source,
which was great: long play, good quality audio - just that I never
seemed to have the tapes with me that suited my mood, and the D3
doesn't have useful things like track programming or repeat. While
looking at new head units/autochangers, two thoughts struck me:

FUCK!
as many of you know.... (well prolly you dont know) but.. I had a
MAJOR failure with a bunch of my home systems.. and im not talking
"Oh no. my floppy drive wont work".. I'm talking in 5 days,
3 harddrives died... and I lost over 10years of work.. anyway. I'm
not gonna complain cuz then I'd just start rambling.. but ya, I totally
blame Western Digital.. (all 3 drives were western digital).. but
oddly enough, all my Fujitsu drives are fine..so ya, this begins my
boycott on Western Digital Shit. infact, im gonna flame mail them
as soon as i get my email junk up.. but yes.. feer no my public. I'm
alive and more pissed off then god looking down on stupid people..
anyway, things will resume hopefully tommorow..

- 620mhz (oc'd)" *SHPUNK* ofcourse, this isn't
that spectacular, since I was able to get my p2-333 running at 616
(5.5x112mhz).. But thats ofcourse becuase of that whole lack of a
clock lock (one of the last Remaining FREE chips, by free, I mean
totally NOT limited either through Clock or Bus Speed..) But Since
the P3's are a total waste of money now (until developers start using
the KNI/SII Extensions). so ya. check it.. they basically tell you
how to do it..

whoa... ok, I'm a geek, and I don't mind handing my unused CPU usage
to a noble cause.. Right now, I'm donating my CPU time to Distribted.net(RC5)
but.. if this seti thing ever comes out with an NT client (or 9x for
that matter), I'm thinking of switching.. anyway, basically how this
works, is... you connect to the net, download SETI transmissions,
and yer CPU is used to determine whether or not the signal contains
intelligence.. it sounds cool, and its got a neat GUI (screenies)..
