apparently the FCC (Federal Communications Council) is pushing phone
companies and service providers to all for digital wiretaps to 'listen'
on digital traffic.. they mention something about 'packet monitoring'
but they dont quite explain what they mean.. but.. it could be that
they are able to listen to all your internet packets as they are sent
and received.. so theoretically they could 'tap' your internet visits..
