"GASource - Creative Labs to embrace OpenSource"

Creative Labs has sent word that they have decided to embrace the open source philosophy for their Sound Blaster Live drivers. They have decided to branch their code tree for the SB-Live into 2 dedicated sets of drivers. One set will be for Linux / Unix and be opensource, while the other will be for Windows, BeOS, Linux, and Mac (binaries only). They hope that by doing this they will be serving their users best.
Jacob Hawley, Director of Custom Engineering, sends word that they are planning to get their CVS / Bugzilla server up by early next week, and would like to take this opportunity to ask the Linux community to help them make the opensource driver better. Creative Labs plan to maintain this effort through Bugzilla to help track bugs, post status reports and to post requests for work.

Contrary to what most Americans believe, nuclear power and nuclear devices have not enjoyed a safe history at United States facilities. At least 50 nuclear weapons lie on the ocean bottom due to U.S. and Soviet accidents. A large number of incidents mar the safety record of nuclear plants, facilities, bombers and ships, of which Three Mile Island is only the best remembered. Numerous deaths and injuries resulted from these incidents. The following is a compilation of some of the known events involving nuclear devices and facilities.

Of course you do, everyone does! Yes, old people are a burden to our society. Because of them, we are paying into a social security system that won't even be around to benefit us. They make us late for work by driving slow. They tell us about their aches and pains endlessly. So, we know what the problems are, but I believe that most Americans don't realize how much a problem that they are.
