the bottom of this article). First, Who's dictating, who gets what contract?
it doesn't really say in the article. I know the U.S. probably wouldn't
be able to just hand out democracy (for free), so who's paying the bills?
all i can see is, that the U.S. or whoever's doling out the contracts,
will 'commendeer' some of the Oil fields, to cover the cost of rebuilding
iraq. But also, i can't wait to see if they can turn Iraq into a 'cookie-cutter'
(overthrowing a militant government leader, and rebuilding the nation
to a passive democracy). cuz this could be very bad for alot of other
countries (the U.S. has had several botched attempts in the past, ie.
bay of pigs, etc).

i have serious doubts this will go anywhere. no admin would ever put
a SQL server in the DMZ, that didnt' have the most uptodate patches
and fixes.. Actually, theres no reason for a SQL server to see the internet
directly, None whatso ever. so long story short, all these companies
suing MS, have idiots for admins.
