"Local6
- Doughnut Proves Deadly" heh, as much as americans
make fun of us canadians for being donut fiends, i really dont see it
that way. I've done copious amounts of road trips through the states,
i've noticed that there arn't alot of *dedicated* donut shops (like
we have in canada) but every service station or gas station has a little
donut kiosk in it. with day old (week old in some cases) donuts waiting
to be bought and eaten. And when eaten they can be fatal, cuz they dont
have the strict donut laws like we do in canada :)

|
"CNN
- Disguised Worm Evades Antivirus Software"
blah blah blah, it appears none of microsofts consumer applications
are secure. Numerous IE/Outlook exploits have been discovered and exploited
over the past few months. i swear, if i didnt need Outlook to sync my
ipaq, i'd revert back to using pine.

"SFGate
- Sewage Machine Company Warns about 'Finding Nemo' Flushes"
heh, i still havn't seen this movie yet, but i hear its pretty cool
for a pixar flic.
"In truth, no one would ever find Nemo and the movie
would be called 'Grinding Nemo,"' wrote the JWC Environmental company,
which makes the trademarked "Muffin Monster" shredding pumps.
In the unlikely event Nemo survived the deadly machines, the company
added, he would probably be killed by the chlorine disinfection.

"NYPost
- CIA Guy Aims At Seagal" lol, now this is
good. take a read, it appears that Seagal suffers from Reagonism; where
he thinks he's still living a movie. It amazes me that people are still
willing to pay to see Seagal on the big screen. His last like 5 movies,
i didn't even bother seeing since i knew i'd get more entertainment
by giving my girlfriend the money, and having her kick me in the junk.
Seagal needs some time in the padded room if you ask me..

"BBCNews
- Music Swappers 'Dismiss Legal Fears'" honestly,
we've all been pirating music ever since the recordable cassette was
made. I used to record songs off the radio and listen to them on my
walkman (wow, walkmans... thats old school). I wasn't worried about
breaking the law then. I can understand why these digital audio pirates
arn't worried now..

|
"Plastic

for a cpu cooler, 90$usd for a PSU, 114$usd for a case... 300$ for silent
shizz alone... You could buy a whole seperate PC for that..

|
"SeattleTimes
- Inventions' Wonderful World on Display" its
too bad robie the robot doesnt actually look like a little bi-pedal
robot, cuz that would be cool. Having a laptop strapped to a skateboard
with a cam ontop just doesn't seem cool enough...

was wondering about this too, SCO fighting IBM, after MS Signs a huge
deal with SCO. heh, gotta love the global corporate warfare :) but yeah,
it'll be interesting when MS and IBM slug it out again.

|
"Fortune

did i post this already? i love how this *could* work :) its like betting
on boxing, cept on a much larger scale.

|
"Wired
- Sony Gaming Handheld to Boast Lan" Woo, it
would be so awesome if it was like generic 802.11b or something, that
would rock. Hell if this turns out to be i'd be all over this little
toy..

|
"The
Inquirer - RIAA Will Take 219.78 Years to Sue Everyone" *snicker*

"SFGate

all till they can't get up to run away, and the cops arn't doing anything

"Nettavisen
- Lesbian Stripper Admits Sex Murder" uh, if
a stripper like that, offered to take me "into the bedroom"

a raincheck, my people will call your people, thanks, bye."
  |
"Thief
Goes Banana's With Stolen Fruit" ghah, assault
with a phallic yellow fruit :)
"By the time the police arrived, the attendant's face
and upper body were completely smeared with bananas," police
said in a statement. He was not seriously injured.

|
"CNN
- Secret Networks Protect Music Swappers" Yup,
when AOL/Nullsoft released WASTE, i read up on it, did some testing,
and it did prove to be fairly secure, i even sniffed a message packet,
and attempted to decode/unencrypt it, and i failed (and im a pretty
leet hax0r). But yeah, Private Encrypted Networks are the wave of the
future. i feer cool ass technology like this :)

lol, this guy rules, almost asmuch as that disgruntled asian tattoo
artist guy. This guy could be my new hero of the week.

|
"SFGate
- Punching Game Ends in 16-year-old San Jose Boy's Death" uh,
i've done these. Infact, i've been hit pretty hard while drunk. Lets
see, with a 2x4, with a beer bottle, with a road sign, uhm, the list
goes on.. This kid was clearly a pussy, and should have known not to
mix violence and booze..

|
"The
Inquirer - Senior Chip Analyst Says Apple Lying About PowerMac G5"
Interesting, i will agree, archecture wise 64bit cpu's
are greatly superior to any 32bit cpu out there. but some times the
sum of the whole is less the its individual parts. But yeah, real life
benchmarks are often much different then those of lab benchmarks.

|
"MSNBC
- Robot Cars Rally for Desert Race" alright
thats it.. i need someone in robotics to 'take me under their wing'
and teach me everything, cuz this kinda stuff is super cool. Someone
get me out of this mainframe hellhole known as IBM...
