"Wired - Wingman, Travelling at almost 200mph" alright, i've never wanted to sky dive before, but this looks badass, and the thought of travelling at 200mph for nearly 2 minutes has to be cool. but. what makes me wonder, when your travelling that fast, anything small particle/bug/etc would puncture any goggles and/or tear at the face of the projectile. Sure it would be cool, but you'd have to wear some sort of helmet or something heh. just imagine if you hit a bird at that speed, it would clearly be fatal.

"Excite - Man Shoots Six at his Surprize Party" lol, this wasn't well planned :) what kind of gimp fires off live ammo to scare his friends.. dumbest Norwegian ever..

"Sauna Pants" ha! Now this is funny, Pants that isolate/insulate heat from/around your nutsack to keep your sperm count high. See i was wondering about this awhile ago, I do alot of sitting in my job, and i was worried that i may be damaging my sperm or nuts. So when i sit, i usually pull my sack up (well, aslong as people arn't looking), anyway, you can seriously tell the difference just by moving your nuts so that they sit on top of your lap, instead of between the legs.

"CNN - Redwoods Now Part of Wireless Network" See, now heres a good idea, tiny recording devices setup to sniff the environment. This wont mean much to most of you people out there, but this "disposable" mini pc could pave the way for "personal wireless servers" (little 802.11b storage devices that can communicate with wireless headphones, wrist watch display/lcd's, or even broadcast personal information to other personal servers as you walk around the park. etc.

"News.com.au - Whale Flatulence Stuns Scientists" Literally. Stuns them... heh

"BBCNews - Sizemore Guilty of Domestic Violence" ha! i knew it. he's a girl beater. No one can act that well. But seriously, does anyone find hiedi fleiss attractive? I'm sure BBC could find some Less Attractive (more hideous) stock photos of her. She looks like Michael Jackson in that picture for christ sakes..

"Excite - Mayor Predicts Baby Boom, Slams Candles" heh, making babies.. heh...

"Ananova - Disabled Man Can't Find a Willing Prostitute" ha! i wish the government would grant me a sex allowance. Now, not that i'd use it to buy hookers, but i'd use it to swoon other women with dinner and gifts.. hrm. not that i need to do that either.. actually, if i could get a sex allowance. i'd just spend it on car stuff or something heh.

"BBCnews - Blackout Areas Told to Save Power" christ, you know whats funny, i was watching a special on modern disasters, and they had the blackout of 1977 (or whatever it was), where all of the eastern seaboard was out of power for 18hours; and right at the end of the tv-special, they said "Yup, We fixed it alright, but they didnt fix the problem well enough so that this wouldn't happen again, so its just a ticking timebomb waiting to happen again..." Seriously, when something i've designed has a fault in it (ie, a network i've setup, or a server farm i've built, or a monitoring tool i've designed), i dont just patch it so it comes back up, i pull the whole thing apart and rebuild it so it doesn't do that again.

"CNN - New Dinosaur Found in India" rad, i'm glad there are mysteries still being uncovered. otherwise this would be a terribly boring place to live (earth).

"Wired - The New Diamond Age" mmm artifically grown diamonds whats next. artifically grown tissue.. oh wait. they've already done that.. hrmm..

"BBCNews - Actor Sizemore Silent in Court" heh, i knew that scene in Natural Born Killers, where he attacks/chokes/rapes that prostitute was a little bit too well acted.. He's clearly into the rough stuff..
