"BBCNews
- 'Music Pirate' Challenges Industry" Now this
is interesting, I wonder if this defence or counter offence would actually
hold any water in court. Saying that the RIAA doesnt have the right
to search for files on ones computer, since they arn't a member of the
Law Enforcement Agency. hrmm.. i may have to bust out some law books
for this one..

|
"JerkCity
- Standard Query Language" rofl..

|
"Nettavisen
- Girl Seriously Injured in Ferris Wheel Fall" and
i repeat "Keep your hands, arms, and legs inside the ride at all
times" heh.

|
"The
Seattle Times - Blizzard Game Studio Full of Uncertainty"
Blizzard :( I hope they dont get screwed out of this, Everygame they've
made has ruled (warcraft series, starcraft, diablo series, etc). I still
play diablo2 (cuz im kewl).

|

"BBCNews
- Asteroid Danger in 2014 Downplayed" Ofcourse
they're going to downplay it, if they said "Oh hey guys, theres
gonna be a serious asteroid impact in 2014, but dont worry about it,
it'll be nothing..." Who would believe them? Wide spread panic
would hit, bomb shelters would be made, looting would start. all hell
would break loose, so chances are, this asteroid will hit, and prolly
will kill us all, i cant wait! heh

|
"Silicon
Valley - College Warns Students About File Swapping"
heh, i seriously doubt this will stop the trading community. If this
would cause anyone to stop, it would be the occasional swapper, but
the hardcore file traders would simply find a way around packet header/readers.
we shall see :)

|
"CNN
- How Some Spammers Get Your E-Mail" Seriously,
Whenever i see "FW: " in the subject of an email, its automatically
deleted. I dont have the time or the patience to sit there and read/fill
out those lame ass survey's and tests/quizes. Please, anyone who has
that much time, needs a new hobby..

"FetoSoap.com"

"Ferrago
- Phantom Console a Hoax?" Yup, the Phantom
console has been in development for like 5years, and it hasn't made
anything more then a poorly rendered 3D model of what the casing will
look like. Now recently they did finis their website, which promises
ALOT (broadband gaming subscription service, PC based architecture,
blah blah blah). But yeah, so many consoles have been planned on paper,
but only a few have ever hit the market..

Lego Treasure Hunt" ha! this is awesome. i
havnt finished it yet, its pretty big :)

|
"Yahoo
- Energy Dept Asked to Probe Gasoline Price Rise" Uh
yeah, anyone in Ontario/GTA been watching the gas prices? I filled up
at 79.9/litre the other day, in my gas guzzling explorer. i nearly shit
my pants when i saw the total. See if we canadians actually knew how
much we were paying, we'd be appauled, since the US has it way better
off then we do. At 79.9cents per litre, its about 3.00dollars(cdn) per
gallon, and 3.00cad is like 2.30usd. Imagine what the US would do if
they were paying that much for a gallon. They'd attack another oil producing
nation, to gain more oil reserves... heh

|
"CNN
- Toyota Unveils Car thta Parks Itself" this
reminds me of a good friend of mine, he works in construction, driving
huge trucks and forklifts and pavers, etc. anyway, we were out in toronto
hunting girls, and he had to parallel park his little chevy compact
car. anyway, he couldn't do it. i had to get out, and guide his car
into the spot. i couldnt believe that people can have such huge issues
putting a tiny little car into a big ass space. regardless, i hope he
reads this, maybe he'll pick up an import next model year..

|
"WesternMorningNews
- Teacher Jumped from 21st Floor of Hotel, with Exercise Machine Tied
to himself" I dont know what to say to this.

"Sierra
Sun - Construction Worker Survives Horrible Accident"
Holy shit. These xray pictures always make me cringe a bit. but heres
the really sucky part
The hardest part, she said, is he was not insured for
the job he was performing. According to Ben, he did have insurance,
but for this particular job he was listed as a sub-contractor, and
was not covered under his insurance.

|
"Ananova
- Customs Net 'Diagra' Haul" lol, Diagra, couldn't
they think of a better name.. Like 'Uiagra' or something just to make
it look legit heh..

|
"BBCnews
- Giant Lizard Terrorises Beirut" Whoa~ i didnt
know komodo's go that far north. i thought they were only in like southern
china, and india.. anyway, im surprized they arnt doing something like
the U.S. did during the Son of Sam Murders "Attention Citizens,
please keep your animals inside, keep your doors and windows shut and
locked at all times. If you see any suspicious, contact the police immediatly".

|
"SunSpot
- Man Guilty of 1996 Murder" buried alive......

and fed from a hole in the ceiling.

|

"2003
All Breed Best in Show & Reserve in Show"
bhah! Holy christ, these things cant even see! they would be complete
fodder for any single legged cat, or mouthless dog. I dont know how
these are a "Best Breed", when in the wild, they would not
be able to breed, since they're naughty bits are covered by 6"
of fluff.

|
"Heraldnet
- Carnival Worker Killed at Fair" This hold
to my theory, that if a guy has long hair, it will kill him. So you
guys out there with long hair, please go get it cut.

|
"BBCNews
- Da Vinci Thieves Caught on Film" I dont know
why people try to steal these one of a kind/expensive/very noticeable
paintings, If you owned an original davinci, everyone would know that
it was stolen, and that you prolly stole it.. Unless you were going
to privately enjoy it, but so many people like to flaunt nice things;
so its almost inevitable that they will be apprehended.

|
"Personal
Computer Milestones" *sniff* i had an 8088,
i wonder if its still in storage somewhere.. Good ole' 2Mhz, Screaming
fast text based games. OoOoo and pics of the PDP-8, I would love an
old PDP, just cuz they were so hardcore when they came out, they'd make
a great table nowadays.

- Small Webcasters Sue RIAA" Yeah you go get'em,
The RIAA is just going around trying to show the world that they own
everything. But as i said before, im not buying anymore cds from big

|
"Winstons
- Flintstones Commercial" gotta love those
1950s Cigarette commercials.

|
"CNN
- Teen Arrested in Internet 'Blaster' attack"
i hope they string this kid up, or.. that he gets hired by some security
company.

|
"Excite
- Punk Catfish Among New Species Found in Venezuela" Screw
the Punk Catfish i'd be worried about that piranha that eats fruit
too, theres no stopping that creature. after all, if you fall into
a jungle river, you can't pretend to be a fruit anymore without being
attacked by said fish.

|
"Ill
