"Excite - I'll Have What He's Having..." Best idea ever.

"Ananova - Johnny Cash Dies, 71" RIP Johnny Cash :(

"FreePnews - Turtle with Cracked Shell Gets Fiberglass Patch from Autoshop" heh, yeh i can't see using the heat setting resin as being a good thing, since its pretty toxic if applied internally. but yeah, i dont see why this wont work, as the shell heals, it will eventually pop off the fiberglass patch, this vet deserves an A for efford, but we'll see how the turtle survives.

"Penny Arcade - This is to Say Nothing of the Hamburglar" rofl. awesome. PA rules...

"Yahoo - Bug-Eating, Leech-Bathing Gameshow Axed" i swear, the pacific rim, is full of nationalities that i will never understand.

"SacFree - Underwear" GHAH! OMG I NEED SOME OF THESE! Let your sack be free~! PS, this prolly isn't work safe :)

"iAfrica - Undertaker Arrested in Coffin Theft" The Cemetary community is so shady, i still dont trust anyone with my care after death, i'll prolly be cremated and put in an old food jar, and labeled "asshole" or "biggest dick in the world" or something.

"Ananova - Couple's Epic Drive to Artic to be Completed in Bus" Whoa! now these 2 are hardcore automotive/travel enthusiasts. I would never dream of taking a 1928 4door touring sedan (think of what a '32 ford businessmans coupe looks like, add bigger fender flairs, 2 more doors, and thats what this thing looks like) from argentina to the arctic, See here for pics of the car (http://www.cars-on-line.com/28graham8666.html)

"Lost in Translation" lolz, i put in some MC Hammer Lyrics, and it totally butchered it :)

"CNN - New Technology from 'Black World'" Whoa, GRASP sounds badass. But i still say, that research/design/discovery should not be handled by the independant arms of the government, all research should be completed by a single government research division, and then the military can license the tech from that research divison. see that would make more sense, that way the research could be controlled at a government level instead of the military and the CIA developing the same technology at twice the cost.

"Ananova - Teetotal Women Take Longer to get Pregnant" hah! now this explains alot.. Why theres so many "Ooops'" among heavy drinkers :)

"SpaceDaily - Bugpower - The Energy of the Future" mmmm bacterial batteries... err what!? heh

"John Titor - Time Traveler" Time travel, i love reading the stories, but i dont see it ever becoming a reality.

"BBCnews - 9/11 Liability Cases Given Go Ahead" Dumbest thing ever, how can the port authority be responsible for those who died in this act, and the plane manufacturers; how are they responsible? just cuz they made the planes? All safety standards are approved by the FAA, if they're saying that the plane cockpit doors were too weak, they should be taking it up with the FAA *NOT* the airline manufacturers. If anything, the airport security should be at fault, for allowing armed people on the planes.. (thats my $0.02).

"Ananova - Manson Cleared Over Crotch Pulling Incident" lol i think its hilarious that he never contested the fact that he grinded the security guards face into his groin. As much as i hate Marylin Manson, atleast he's honest.

"Badgers.swf" rofl.

"eBay - Wolverine Replica Sideburns (REAL!)" who would buy real hair sideburns.. but i love the look on this guys face. priceless :)

"MiniJuegos - Meta Dolls" hehe more meta dolls, k, most of these arnt work safe. and some of them even have sound so be forewarned :)

"TimeCube - Nature's Harmonic Simultaneous 4 Day Time Cube" uhm i dont get it.. i hate sites like this, where its 400 pages of text and nothing important anywhere to be found hehe.

September 11th
September 11th eh... No comment.
.cre
"BBCnews - Polanski Finally Gets Oscar" Roman Polanski is one of the greatest film makers who has ever lived (imo). But its wierd, it seems that everyone who has 'vision' and is 'incredibly talented' has a thing for children... Now, i cant speak for the whole liking children things, but Polanski knows how to make a movie.

"FoxNews - Health Experts Disturbed by Dangerous Trends" heh, looks like doctors are finally worried about people getting cosmetic surgery having mental issues. Gee, you dont say, i know a girl who's had a dozen cosmetic surgeries performed (she looked fine before, and she still looks fine) but she's got clear mental issues.

"Librarian Action Figure .com" Librarians...... I dont think i've ever met a librarian who wasn't a stuck up bitch. Just because you know how to sort books into the dewey decimal system does not mean that you are smarter then those of us with an IQ of 140. All the book sorting nazi's out there should really take a few steps back, and take a look at what they're doing, Your job isn't that important. you could easily be replaced by a book vending machine. So, long story short, all you librarians out there had better start being nice, and and maybe us rowdy kids wouldn't need to be shushed.

"Ananova - Teenage Girls Call Sheriffs Looking for Drugs" Dumbest girls ever.

"Hot or Not - Me and Steve" rofl

"DShield - Distributed Intrusion Detection System" heh interesting, submitting logs form your own systems.. its a shame they dont show the companies that have been intruded :)

"Yahoo - One Dead in DisneyLand Coaster Crash" sux2b disneyland right now. Thing is, i can expect this sorta thing from the CNE (Ex) cuz its all carney's there, but with disneyland, i expect a sort of comical professionalism, where zooming carts dont derail, and the ambient entertainment is wearing flame retardant costumes....

"GamePC - First Look, Windows XP 64-Bit Edition for AMD64" heh, k, this one is for nerds only, its a medium-tech-savvy article, it doesnt start getting good till the 2nd-3rd page, but yeah, its an interesting look at the near future of desktop/server computing.

"Alienware - Area51m" Whoa~ a laptop computer with upgradeable graphics functionality... mmm.. oh wait, they're terribly high priced :( alienware, why must you taunt me so..

"CNN - Mother, Son Sentenced to Prison for Illegal Web Pharmacy" awww yeh! internet drug rings, awesome. Its amazing what can be run from someones bedroom.

"SMH - Climber who Amputated Own Arm Describes Ordeal" Followup.

"Sacramento Business Journal - Gasoline Prices Set Records" see, not even sacramento has it as bad as Toronto'ians have it. (the gas prices i converted earlier in the week were for the crap ass 89octane, *NOT* premium). but anyways, it good to see that we're not the only ones getting "pumped" and the pumps..

"DelmarvaNow - Arrest Made in Llama Killing, Beastality Link" For the love of god... what is wrong with these people?!? but seriously, if you carve a swastika on his forehead and he'd be a young charlie manson.

"BBCNews - Amphibious Car Drives Over Water" hrmm, this is kinda "james' bond-y" but i have serious doubts if it will 'float' at 300,000$usd heh.

"Excite - It's Good to Be King" why dont they do this in england, this would generate such TV ratings, it would be the most popular TV show ever. but this is how i plan on picking my bride heh.

"Ananova - Man Arrested Over Filming Up Womens Skirts" ghaha! it would have been better if they titled this article, "Man Caught Film up skirts at BlackBushe" *snicker*

"Reuters - Soundless Music Produces Wierd Sensations" hrmm.. it appears they still havn't found "The Brown Noise" yet..
Sent in by: mkow
"Business2.0 - The Onion is no Joke" yes, but they need to come down from "stardom" and start writing funny stories again...
Sent in by: _Spectre_
"Fresonmagic - MetaDoll.swf" its almost hypnotic....... Oh it may not be work safe... and make sure you scale it to full screen :)

"GlobeTechnology - Scientists Plan Public Supercomputer" Wow. Sounds like an IBM Grid based network.... aka, a network with a bunch of proxy/accelerator servers that shares computational power. All and all nothing new is in this article, companies have been experimenting with distributed computing ever since 'TEH INTARWEB' was designed. but i'll tell you what, i dont want someone else using my 'personal computing power' to render 3D images of snakes and lizards doing wierd things to Lara Croft...

"MSNBC - Worm Suspect 'I'm Not the One'" heres a head line for ya "Fat Persecuted Teen, Writes Worm to Get Back At Humanity"

"Reuters - Israeli Scientists Crack GSM Mobile Call Security" Now this is badass, too bad its not cheap to exploit :(

"Ananova - Lap Dancing Club Offers to Pay Students' Tuition Fees" rofl, Why does this not surprize me, that its coming from a Canadian Strip club. The best part is, the stripclub demands a 'B' average to pay the tuition :) Gotta have smart strippers now-adays :)

"GregPalast - The Grinch That Stole Labor Day" heh, this should please millions of americans...
Sent in by: |TchorT|
