"The Register - Pictures of Sony's PSP Leaked to the Web" Whoa~ now this is badass, it gets kinda techy towards the end of the article, but i see ALOT of promise in this, Sure, it doesnt use CF Flash, but instead it has its own proprietary DVD style media, but this thing could be huge.

"CNet - Microsoft to Offer Bounty on Hackers" now this has to be one of the smartest things microsoft has done.. Now the real question is. What will MS do once someone turns these people in? Send them to jail? or hire them to do application security? heh.

"ArmyTimes - Something Felled an M1A1 Abrams Tank in Iraq -- But What?" whoa! i thought the M1A1 was nearly indestructable (when supported correctly). But it looks like those pesky iraqi's may have just gotten lucky with that RPG7. But its kinda scary, that a 10$ RPG can take out a $4.3million dollar tank heh.

"Ananova - Motorist Threatens to Sue Police for Writing his Name" rofl, now this is hilarious, i dunno who this guy is, but he's awesome; "I DEMAND A RECIEPT FOR EVERYTHING! EVEN IF YOU'RE GOING TO BE RETURNING IT TO ME IN 5MINS!" heh Crazy people..

"ChoiceShirts - Christian t-shirts" rofl, this is so awesome! i dont know anyone who'd wear this. but then again, most of my friends dont believe in any sort of organized religion. heh

"Bathsheba Grossman Sculpting Geometry" k, now this is what i call art.

"eBay - Man For Sale, Free to a Good Home" *snicker* too bad the description is so short, cuz this could have been easy comedy if the writer would have paid a bit more attention to detail heh

"Reuters - Child Hands out Heroin 'Candy' to Classmates" ha! this kid is gonna be super popular later in life.

"BBCNews - Hunt for the Lost City of Atlantis" alright, you know, i can respect these guys for searching for history, but its one thing, when its practically a myth. Theres very little evidence that atlantis really existed. i cant see spending all this time and money searching for any other myth, like, do we really care if little red riding hood was real (yeah, i know its not the same, but its fun to over simplify)? heh

"Ananova - Wraps Engines in Plastic to Cut Fuel Bills" I dont see how this will save fuel.. and they dont even mention it in the article. they only mention about cooling time??..

"Jerkcity - Working Perfectly Then" rofl, jerkcity rules!

"Enrique Muy Bueno" rofl dunno if this is real or not, but its good :)

"Sunday Herald - 5 Israeli's Seen Filming as Planes hit Towers" im not quite sure what to say about this...

"Media Guardian - Contestants in Transsexual Show to Sue Sky" Followup: rofl

"BBCNews - Physical Perils of Gaming" Yeah, i remember when i used to play n64 non-stop, my thumbs and index fingers would ache after a long Goldeneye session, but aslong as you dont over do it, a few days rest should be all thats needed. heh

"PCWorld - Intel Goes Extreme" k, first off, this is a great idea, dump more memory on the core of the cpu, clearly that will give better performance, but i seriously doubt the performance would be double that of an equal mhz p4 cpu, since the price of the P4Extreme is more then twice the cost of a Regular P4 cpu. Sure it sounds like a good idea, but i dunno how well its gonna sell..

"Ananova - Huge Interest in Online Castle Sale" i've always wanted my own castle, with a moat, and alligators and sharks in the moat, with boiling oil vats on the archers towers.

"CyberSex Gone Wrong" hah! some of these are pretty good :) but i'll never understand the whole 'cybersex' or 'cyba' thing, it just doesnt work in my mind.

"eBay - Homestar Runner Costume 6' Full Size" ha! awesome! check it out~

"The End of the World.swf" *snicker* this pretty much requires sound :) but yeh, its funny.

"CNN - Girls Pummel Man Who Exposed Himself" rofl, imagine a swarm of catholic school girls chasing down a 1/2 naked man, then kicking and punching after he is tackled by a neighbour. Awesome! absolutely awesome.

"The Register - Israelis Ship Eight Tera-Ops Optical Processor" For geeks only, this sounds badass, i'd love to see this used in a Graphics Process/board. i like the way this future is looking.

"Alien vs. Predator The Movie Trailer" Drool. you know the AvP series of games was by far the coolest fps style game ever made, it was one of the first games to have a Class based system for humans/marines, aswell as 3 completely seperate races for combat (each with their own distinct advantages and disadvantages. The only thing i hated about AvP2 was that they took away the Aliens Swarm game type (where you'd start on a map, and the aliens would just come pouring at you, forever, until you died. that was awesome fun. but yeh, the movie sounds promising too heh

"Cnet - Grateful for Robot Contest, Entrants Give Tanks" k, now this is the kinda stuff i'd watch on TV. I wonder if they'll televise this, hell PPV it, i'd pay 15$ to watch the 2hour highlights of this race. it'd be badass.

"Lego Music Covers" LEGO RULES!

"Philadelphia Eagles Cheerleaders" durr.. this is the closest thing to porn i've ever seen associated with football. make sure you check the "photo calendar" too, for lots of cameltoe.

November 3rd
"BBCnews - Iceman Mystery Solved" Wow, over 10 years later, they have finally found out where this iceman guy was born.. I know this is a huge deal to uh... uh.... oh wait... Nobody.. heh, I dont see how migration patterns of isolated cavemen will have any bearing on how man was distributed around the world.. Especially if they only travelled upto 60km from their place of birth. ah well.

"CNN - Anti-Rocket Laser Cannon Gets Funding" ok, sure, this sounds great on paper. a laser that can shoot down short range rockets; but the only problem is, rockets are always fired in barrages, like 40-100 missles per volley i doubt this laser would be able to stop them all.

"Ananova - Armed Burglar Disarmed with Ham Sandwich and Rum" talk about a shitty burglar, who would break into a house, with 2 women in it, then accept a bottle of rum with a sandwich? You're not supposed to befriend the 'victims', this guy clearly failed petty crimes 101.

"eBay - F-4 Phantom II Ejection Seat" just incase you have an extra F-4 Phantom lying around without a pilots seat..

"BET - Macho Man Randy Savage, Goes from Wrestling to Hip-Hop" OHHHHH YEAAAAAH~

"Hello Kitty Vibrator Sale" i think i posted this like a year ago, but does anyone else find it wierd, that they'd have a childrens toy icon as a vibrator?

"The Register - Microsoft Shoots the Windows Messenger" wow, security by default, this has to be a first for microsoft.

"CNN Money - Counterfeit 20s Found" yup, thats gotta suck, already the new 20s are being copied, all those security stripes and color didnt stop those pensky printers from making their own bills within a month of their release.

"Ananova - Halloween Ghost Busters Outfits Trigger Airport Security Alert" lol "I dont even really like the ghostbusters", you'd think they'd fedex the costumes or something instead of packing them into their luggage heh

"MSNBC - Payment Devices Reject New $20 Bill" heh, looks like the new US $20 is making a ton of enemies.

"ABCNews - The Game That's Replacing TV" oh god. talk about the media being misinformed. k, read this, and i've picked out 1 thing per paragraph thats completely wrong. This kinda stuff infuriates me, when old people talk about stuff they have no idea about, and convince other old people who dont know any better, that what they know is gospel.

"This to that.com" ha! i never knew there was a database for glue.. select the 2 materials you wanna stick together, and hit 'lets glue' and it'll tell you what glue you need.. I'm this will come in handy one of these days.

November 1st
"Yahoo - Canadian Beats World at Rock, Paper, Scissors" ha! we could end war with these guys. imagine settling international disputes with Rock Paper Scissors. I would laugh my ass off, hell they could even PPV it, think about the marketing glamour, it'd be priceless.

"BostonNews - Traffic Chaos As German Hearse Ejects Corpse" Yikes, thats gotta suck, you'd think they'd just send in some street sweepers and the coroner (dont think this guy would need an ambulance again heh).

"BBCNews - NYC Crime 'At Its Lowest Since 1960'" Uhm this isnt that odd, since everyone in NYC now has a gun to defend themselves from terrorists. As much as i like gun control, theres only 2 ways to lower crime, either, Remove guns from everyones possession, or, give guns to everyone (well, actually i guess theres three, you could always make bullets illegal heh).

"eBay - Pulsed Plasma Mobile Hydrogen Generator" Whoa.

"Frottage Heroic Homosex" lol, k, this is NOT WORK SAFE! but its kinda funny for those of you who arn't homophobes.

"NewScientist - US Develops New Lethal Virus" does this seem like a completely retarted idea? Since when has the USA been involved in genetic/bio warfare? What happens if this is stolen? Virus's breed, so they're fairly easy to grow, which means you could "make" a bunch of said virus and sprinkle it from the top floor of a building, and infect thousands.. Not happy. Kudos to the US for doing all the hardwork/research on this one, now lets see who steals it.
