on this, first its the CIA, they're never to be trusted.. and second,

Hrmm interesting, but im not sure this could all be done on "one
machine" it sounds like they've got a central server and one or
two concentration (or data manipulator) boxes that manipulate data so
that they can be used by the central server. It sounds good on paper,
but its just one step ahead of whats being used now. Its not like they're
taking a man to the moon or anything.

Alright,
it has been brought to my attention from one of my chemist readers (i

Monoxide is NOT H2O, but instead it should have been "Hydrogen
