"CNN - Weird Al Yankovics Parents Found Dead" Alright, this has gotta be rough. I've never really liked weird Al, but i respect him; and i find it kinda odd, that the parents would start a fire in the fireplace, with the flue closed, in the middle of spring, in california... Its gotta be like 90degrees down there, and they started a fire? Sounds pretty suspect to me. If i was the cops, i'd be lookin for some motives...

"Excite - Air Marshal Leaves Gun in Airport Restroom" bhahahah, my question is. why do you have to take off your gun, to take a crap?

"ASE Labs - Adaware vs. Spybot" uh yeh. so the moral of this story is... Dont bother using Spybot..... Adaware clearly rules (since i use it); but yeh, seriously, all these dataminer's need to be shot, fuck spam that stuff can be easily filtered; but im tired of having to help my family, and friends removing several
hundred applications from their computer(s). ah well, death to both spyware and spam...

"CNN - Children on Easter Egg Hunt Find Guns Instead" rofl, why doesnt this surprize me that it happened in michigan :) but seriously though, if these kids found 2 guns in 1 park, they should have easter egg hunts in all the parks in michigan, just think of how many guns they'd find then..

"EV World - Tzero Electric Sports Car Stings Ferrari and 'Vette" k i'm sure i posted this ages ago, but its still cool.. Although i dont think i could drive a silent car.. So much of my driving enjoyment comes from hearing the engine growl and burp..

Alright people, sorry for the website wierdness (i still havnt fixed my auto uploader cuz i've been super busy, anyway, i got called out of town on a mild emergency (needed to save some people lives...) and i was gonna update on the road, but my local modem here at my home office decided to explode so i had no VPN connectivity, not that it would have mattered as the small ass town i was had no idea what the internet was; and thats right about when my auto updater started to spew out old updates and everything went down hill from there... Anyway i will try to get it fixed this week sometime (heh, i say that almost every week, and i never do it...)

"Yahoo - Thief Returns Car After 'Texting' Apology" ha! now this is a good story. Take a read, but this isnt a fairy-tale ending. I love how the theif stole the cell phone and the birthday presents :) nice.

"Wired - Women Drive Changes in Car Design" Alright, this car actually looks pretty rad.. The only thing i dont like, is the Gull Wing Doors. Good luck squeezing into those underground parking lots with concrete pillars lining the spots. But seriously though, the lines on the car are pretty slick, i'd like one; but then again, i dont think i'd ever drive a volvo, unless it had AWD and gobs of torque.

"Canada - Jail Sentence for Englishman Who Stole and Cleaned Dozens of Cars" hah! this guy is my hero. he steals new cars from dealerships, drives them around (clearly to impress the ladies), and then cleans and polishes them, and leaves them in parking lots... this is the coolest thing i've heard all day..

"BBSpot - Top 11 Stormtrooper Pet Peeves" *snicker* i think #5 is funnier then all the rest.

"Pulse24 - Eye Jewelry" Followup...

"Empire North - The ID Sniper" holy crapballs, this is the best idea ever.. When you see people enciting a riot, just drop a sniper down with one of these bad boys and just start plugging them with GPS locators, and then send in the helicopters blasting "WE WILL FIND YOU..." on the loud speaker, people would stop rioting pretty quick, cuz they know they'd be busted..

"MSNBC - Blazing Mystery is Straight From the 'X-Files'" WoOooOoo Spontaneous Combustion, i do that sometimes.. Cept its not so spontaneous... and it happens in my 'pants' region.. alright enough crotch talk..

"Ananova - Mini Caught Speeding at Mach 3" *snicker* I'd love to have a mini that could do Mach 3 heh

"CNN - Eyeball Jewelry New Fashion Statement" oh my christ. I dont know how i feel about this, its either the coolest thing ever, or its the greatest mistake a person can make.. I'm curious if one can have this style of body modification removed; or if they're stuck with it forever.. and what if the body rejects the implant? i'd hate to see an infected eye with a festering implant in it.. just the thought of that makes me sick.. yeech..

"Yahoo - John Woo Exploring 'Metroid' Film" OMG!@~ Metroid Film?!? This would have a bigger following then the Resident Evil Series; and especially with john woo backing it up; it would be like uhm... ET, except with guns, and robot and stuff..

"Darksector.com - Next Generation Console Teaser Trailer" Holy shiz, Now, they dont say which console this is running on, but im willing to bet its Xbox2, I dont think Sony is this far ahead with its PS3...

"Strange Horizons - Installing Linux on a Dead Badger - Users Notes" bhah alright now this is the funniest thing ive read all day.

"Yohannon's Sexual Positions for Fat People" *snicker* I just dont know what to say to this..... its so wrong, yet so funny.

"BBCNews - Dig Discovery is 'Oldest Pet Cat'" wow, so people had pet cats 11,000 years ago; that means that cats have been begging for affection, until they get tired of it, and bite their owners... seriously cats are nearly useless.

"Ananova - Piranha Found in Children's Petting Pool" rofl.

"ZDNet - The Forgotten Story Behind IBM's 'First Mainframe'" heh, the 7030 MF, oddly, i've never heard of this; and thats surprizing, since i pride myself on being a sort of 'history monkey', but this was really the turning point for modern computers, since the transistor is the greatest thing since the invention of the wheel (think about it, everything has transistors in it nowadays). But im still surprized that IBM makes chipsets, i would have thought that they would have stopped trying to manufacture end user processors years ago when intel stretch so far ahead of them...

"Aftenposten - Secret Nazi Escape Tunnels May go Public" See, now this is supercool history, i dunno how many of my readers are history nuts, but seriously, all these secrets of previous wars are totally curious.

"Sport-Touring - Motorbike Getaway in Seatle.wmv" holy crap, it may take awhile to load (since it did for me) but the first one is pretty funny, but the second is like "DAYOOOM!" heh

"ABCNews - Surgeons Who Play Video Games Error Less" Now this is the kinda research i like to hear about.
Sent in by: mkow
"Yahoo - LA Man Shoots Car Thief, Charged with Murder" seriously, if i was on this jury, i would have bought a gun, walked into the jury room, and shot all these fucken morons just to prove a point.. If i had a gun, and someone tried to steal my car.. I'd shoot them, then i'd cut the body up, and bury it in a shallow grave on my front law, with a little tomb stone saying "CAR THEIF".. and wait for his friends to show up.. then they'd have matching stones..

Alright; Let me give all you readers out there a little pro-tip.. If you ever get motor oil/grease on one of your shirts, and you have to "spot" the stains (use of a high grade cleanser/degreaser), make sure you read the warning/hazard label on the cleanser. I hadn't until yesterday, when i started to rub the stains out of my shirt, and i noticed a pretty intense burning sensation on my hands, which i ignored for about 15mins (cuz im a man, and we ignore pains until they're about to kill us), until i realized there was a new stain developing on my shirt; and it was blood; my blood... and on closer inspection, the cleanser had dissolved most of the skin on my finger tips.. Ugh... it hurts like a bitch to type heh.

"Geek.com - Plextor Squeezes 40% More out of CD's" uhm now this is great; I'm glad to see that people are still tweaking CD technology; after all, i dont see a need right now to buy a DVD burner for my machine.. But then again, if my current LG burner goes tits up; i'm definatly not gonna buy *another* CD burner heh.

"BBCNews - Beauty In the Eye of the Beholder" uhm... This girl doesnt look so great; Oh wait.. thats prolly why shes worried about her husband leaving her.. i see

"Go-Girly Comics - Cute Wendy" *snicker* if only it was this easy.

"Agujero Negro - Ascii Movie" k this prolly isn't worksafe.. heh unless ascii pornography is encouraged around your work place.

"eBay - Radio Controlled Halo WartHog" whoa! now this is pretty sweet. Cept once thing. Couldn't the guy who made this either.. made the body a bit bigger, so the tires wouldnt stick out so much; or. shortned the axels so that they fit better. Dont get me wrong, its a great model.. but it looks kinda goofy with HUGE WHEELS STICKING OUT OF THE SIDE!

"The Register - DARPA Dabbles in Real World Matrix" wow, this is interesting.. a Database of Lives.. I'd hate to see what i've forgotten (on purpose) heh

"Ananova - Giant Panda's Too Fat to Mate" rofl... if i was ever too fat to mate, i'd prolly kill myself, or go on a diet....

"Fark - Modern Video Games as They Would Have Been on Atari" Alright, now some of these are funny; but i do agree, TombRaider on 2600 would look EXACTLY like that :)

"Wired - NASA to Test Space-Time Fabric" Wow, now this sounds interesting. I love it when people test theories that are so old, that they've been "Accepted" as law, even though they've never been tested.. anyway, take a read its pretty interesting..

"CNN - 800,000 Cards Overcharged at Wal-Marts" seriously Walmart is a horrible corporate machine. WHY DO YOU PEOPLE KEEP SHOPPING THERE?!

"BBCNews - Nigerian Jailed for E-Mail Scam" jailed... for 20months.... for stealing MILLIONS OF DOLLARS... i just dont get it...
