"Times of India - Monster Asteroid Flyby Excites Doomsters" you know.. i think we're far overdue for a celestial disaster.. I cant wait for the next one.. it should be a blast (no pun intended).

"Physics - Law Breaking Liquid Defies the Rules" This part of france must be in the moons shadow or something, cuz this bizzaro physics shiz shouldnt be happening. But yeah, im not quite sure what they can use this stuff for.. Maybe for some sort of space age radation shield on space crafts or something?

"Wired - The Hydrogen Gremlin" Alright heres an interesting read for all you car / environmental nuts out there; the main part that i want to emphasize is this.
Within two years, the team was testing their hydrogen-powered Gremlin on a chassis dynamometer -- a sort of treadmill for cars. Though the tests showed that the car could only travel 110 kilometers before it needed to be refueled, they also revealed that the car emitted slightly cleaner air than it took in. In other words, driving the car actually reversed pollution.
So driving one of these guys could reverse global warming.... interesting...

"MSNBC - BMW Unveils Worlds Fastest Hydrogen Car" I gotta respect BMW for building a Hydrogen based V12 engine.. They're taking the difficult path, while keeping with current production base engine blocks; The easy way out would be to build a Wankle style rotary engine, since those were practically meant to run hydrogen (as its intake/combustion/exhaust chambers are actually on different sides of the motor, making it easy to disapate heat.

"Clowing 4 Christ.com" oh my christ... What would jesus do if he saw this?

"Canada.com - Quebec Man Killed in Head-on Crash While Having Sex Behind the Wheel" Notice.. The quebecers would able to have sex, and not crash, It was the OTHER car that veered into the Sexer's car. So besides the fact that the male *Driver* of the sex car died (dont ask me to explain how that was possible, as i cant even figure the logistics out how the girl managed to live and the guy died....) having sex behind the wheel isnt that bad...

"Ananova - Spud Car is No Dud" alright this is kinda cool, but i dunno; i dont trust biodegradable materials in anything thats supposed to save my life.. Give me hard cold steel anyday.

"Nettavisen - Man Acquitted of Peeling Apples" I tell ya, these weapons charges are getting out of hand. I can see where this could be a problem. like, if i was charging someone with a butter knife, where it could be considered a weapon.. But hell, you can stab someone with a straw... You dont see McDonalds getting charged with weapons dealing do ya?

"Lycos.fr - Super Ant" Damn. thats one strong ant..

"Total Video Games - No HDD For New PS2" yeah i wondered this myself.. Sony brings out slimmer PS2, its like the size of a VHS Cassette; but my original suspiscions about the upgradeability of it, looks to be correct. But i can see the import tuner crowd stuffing these little bastards into the dashes' of their hondas and toyotas.

"Palisades Toys - Alien vs. Predator Plushies" coolest shit ever.

"eBay - John Carmack's Ferarri" heh this is a great car and everything.. But i read an article on Carmacks 1000hp Ferrari, and it was actually slower in 0-60 then a stock ferrari.. Now that doesnt mean that this is a slouch; cuz in 60-120mph its like 3x faster.. so this would be more of a gaming collectors peice then a supercar..

"Whatever - Land O Lakes Hooters Fest" durr, i think i've posted this before..

"Wired - Los Alamos to Remove Nukes" Alright, now this is an interesting article.... Take a read.. and ask yourself 'why?' Well, it looks like the keys to one of the labs was missing for more then half a day.. before anyone even noticed.. kinda embarassing right? I wonder what they're not telling us...

"BBCNews - New Mars Data Gives Life Clue" you know, as much as i believe in the exploration of space, i think NASA is just wasting money, they should stop sending these billion dollar probes to mars, and just break down and send a real manned mission to the red planet, to get real data over a series of days instead of these "snapshots from space". anyone can conject what sort of things may be generating this methane, but it could just be from the breaking down of rocks, or the heating/cooling of said rocks.

"FreedomUnderground - Pentagon Video" i know we've heard it all before, but its still neato. and the dustbrothers soundtrack rules..

"Ananova - Canadian Man Phones Family During Funeral" heh, now thats gotta be uncomfortable for the person who identified the body..

September 22nd
"Excite - Klashnikov Vodka" yeah see, he's doing this, cuz the Russian Government confiscated the rights to producing the gun shortly after it was concieved. Then the USSR sold the rights to making AK-47's to the chinese and the chinese flooded the market with them, so here was left Mikhail, with only a famous name to gloat about. looks like he's finally fed up, and he's using his name to market some booze. Hell if i can buy it in a liquor store, i'll give it a shot.

"CapeCod - School Dealing with Hazing Consequences" i have no problems with hazing, its this unsupervised hazing that i dont stand for.. Where people who are injured are told not to seek assistance. But i must say that this kid must have had a weak body, or a nearly busted spleen to begin with.. I've gotten beat up pretty good before, and never had anything serious happen to me.

"Nettavisen - Atleast 17 Dead from Using New Birth Control Patch" Hrmm, i wonder why N.America hasnt heard about this yet?
