cats are the worst pet ever... I've been witness to a fire started by
a cat... Many years ago (and many gfs ago), i helped a gf move into
her new place, just before we finished moving all the boxes into her
new apt, we picked up a case of beer to have a refreshing drink after
we finished, so we dropped off the last boxes, and cats. I sat the case
of beer on the electric stove (because there was no other free counter
top/fridge space), we both cracked a bottle and retired to the bedroom.
All i recall is, waking up 30mins later, to the smell of smoke, and
the reflection of flames dancing in the kitchen... Long story short,
the fire got put out, but the stupid cat was itching its face on the
stove dial/controls and turned on one of the burners, and thats what
